After 11 years, Liberals can’t be trusted on health

06 July 2025

Jeremy Rockliff has done a Dutton in matching Labor’s free doctor clinic promise today.

Just like his former Federal leader, Rockliff’s attempts to convince people the Liberals care about healthcare are completely untrustworthy.

We know they don’t, because they’ve had 11 years to do something and haven’t delivered a single solution to GP shortages or a lack of bulk billing clinics.

If the Liberals are already doing it like they claim, why doesn’t anyone know about it?

And why did they feel the urgent need to match Labor’s promise today?

After 11 years of the Liberals doing nothing to address GP shortages or a lack of bulk billing clinics, they can’t be trusted on health.

It’s time for a Fresh Start under Labor.

Ella Haddad MP
Shadow Minister for Health
