Bailey Falls
Senate Candidate

Bailey Falls is proud to be running as a Labor Senate candidate for Tasmania.
Born and raised on the North West Coast, Bailey lives in Ulverstone and has deep family ties across the region, from Wynyard to Sassafras. Growing up in a close-knit community and attending local public schools, she knows firsthand the value of strong regional communities and the importance of making sure they are heard.
Bailey’s parents taught her the value of hard work. Her mum, Stephanie, worked behind the bar at the local pub for 20 years before starting her own small business. Her dad, Ash, has worked at the Savage River Mine for nearly two decades. From her parents, Bailey learned how vital secure, well-paid jobs are to families and regional communities like hers.
After finishing school, Bailey moved to Hobart to study Law, like so many young Tasmanians who have to leave home to find opportunity. However, balancing full-time study with work meant she had to put her studies on hold — a reality many young people know too well.
As President of Tasmanian Young Labor, Bailey works closely with young members to push for policies for young people. She is passionate about creating a fairer Tasmania — one where people have secure jobs, affordable healthcare, opportunities for young people, and where regional communities get the same opportunities as the rest of the state.
Bailey is determined to be a strong voice for the North West Coast and all Tasmanians.
